Awful experience, rude, abrupt and unhelpful.
Proceeded with two separate transactions than one which would provided a better rate. When asked about this, told why didn't I go somewhere else.
Interrupted a conversation to state no payments by mobile phone although no phone was being going to be used.
Wouldn't use them again, no customer service. Also kept asking if I didn't want to use I.D what to payments method to use instead, strange!
