Awful experience, rude, abrupt and unhelpful. Proceeded with two separate transactions than one which would provided a better rate. When asked about this, told why didn't I go somewhere else. Interrupted a conversation to state no payments by mobile phone although no phone was being going to be used. Wouldn't use them again, no customer service. Also kept asking if I didn't want to use I.D what to payments method to use instead, strange!

Called in here by chance yesterday, as I had some CZK money left over from a holiday in Prague. The couple were so lovely and friendly the minute I walked in and gave me a good rate, I am a happy lady and they just made it so easy. I also got a couple of sweets as an added bonus :-)

Today was my first visit to this place but definitely not the last one. Staff is professional with good sense of humor, fast service and working air con:) and most important the best rates in town. Definitely will recommend to everyone I know!

Best rates in town and brilliant service with a smile plus a bonus of a sweet to send you on your merry way! I arrived in the store mid morning in a rush and admittedly a bit grumpy due my morning being so manic. I was greeted with a huge welcoming and genuine ‘hello’ when I got to the counter which took me by surprise and instantly changed my mood. The exchange was professional and swift, overall service was excellent and I left the store with a huge smile on my face! Just goes to show that great friendly service goes a long way. Thank you for making my day, I will be back!!

Have been using this company now for around 8 years, absolutely the best all round experience, definitely the best in Northampton, it's a pleasure to deal with them especially Maria a charming, polite and extremely helpful lady.
