Abilene RV and Boat Storage

Terrible customer service. Reserved a van for a day and when we went to pick up, no one was in office. I called the number provided and didn't connect. After 15 min of waiting to see if anyone would show, I received a call back. I was told I would be forwarded to the person on duty who was supposed to be on site. They person was over 30 min away at home. Received a bit of attitude when I expressed that I would be canceling my reservation because im not waiting another 30 min. Never using this location in the future nor will I recommend it to any who ask.

Abilene RV and Boat Storage is top-notch! The facility is clean, secure, and easy to access. The staff is friendly, professional, and always willing to help. I really appreciate the wide driveways and well-lit property—it makes storing and accessing our RV stress-free. Highly recommend to anyone needing safe and reliable storage in Abilene!

Nice facility super professional and great security

A really nice, clean, well lighted place. The fully enclosed storage unit is great in keeping out the elements. The driveways are wide that makes it super easy to slide your caravan into the stall. Management is responsive to inquiries. Can’t wait for the near future addition of the Wash Stall and on-site Dump Station. Will upgrade to 5 Stars once those are completed.

Absolutely beautiful place!! I was able to book month to month to store my car while my garage at my personal house is under construction. The owners were very accommodating and friendly. They even give you a lock for your bay!! I wish I could give 6 stars! ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
