Poor Work. Deplorable customer service.
I'm 54, have owned 7 homes in 5 states, and have never before been compelled to file a BBB complaint. I have now filed 2 of them RE ABC Seamless of Billings. Improper installation of a metal roof has led to water damage, seen for sure, and unseen highly likely.
I've been battling with them since spring of this year seeking resolution...or even return a call or message. I sent a typed letter to the owner, Larry Grayson, and was ignored. Finally got attention, and quick action, with the 1st BBB complaint, but repair failed to alleviate the problem and complaint was closed by BBB administratively. Promise by ABC Seamless to return and "make it right" has gone by the wayside, despite 2 attempts on my part to hold workman accountable. (10/5 and 10/8). It hasn't rained/snowed everyday since 10/5. :)
There is much more to this story. REFERENCE THE "RESPONSE FROM OWNER" BELOW - That never happened. These people seem to have no problem being deceitful. I recommend you do your homework before you hire them - check their reviews on all sites.
