Overall we are very satisfied with the job that ABC did on our home. It did take longer than expected to start due to weather, however once they started they stayed on the job until the job was completed. The crew was pleasant to work with. They were friendly and accommodating when I changed the style of the sidling. They were clean and picked up the worksite after completing the job. We had one issue with the front gutter and they promptly came back and took care of the issue.

This would be negative stars if i could.Had this company do my house roof, it took them four times longer than it was suppose to. They never finished it. Refused to strip the old roof off. At the same time I gave them a down payment to put roofs on my barns. I held them off to make sure I had the money to pay them in full. By the time I saved enough money they could no longer do the job for that price. They kept the money and when I asked them to refund ,give me the materials, or do the amount of work for the money I paid them. I was threatened that they would come after me to make me pay for the whole contract and them not do any of the work. Very very bad company. I read their answers on other reviews and feel like they have every excuse in the book to take people's money.

They did an outstanding job, paid attention to all the small details. They only took three days, I thought it would be at least a week. They were perfectionists in putting on all the trim pieces and making sure the logs on all sides lines up. They also cleaned up thoroughly each night. I couldn't be happier with my new cabin look.

Got our estimate promptly. Salesman was friendly and prompt. Unfortunately when I went in to pay the deposit nobody knew how to take a debit card. Plus I was informed that there was a %15 fee for using a card. Then the number went up or down depending on which person I talked to. Then they couldn't find my estimate. No organization. I was still fine with that and going to go forward with a cash deposit. Then an employee came in with a rifle and started talking about killing cats for fun. At this point there was also an employees kids in the office. There were several loud references to running over cats and shooting them for fun. It was the most unprofessional atmosphere I've ever seen or heard of. I wouldn't trust those employees around my house with our pets or barn cats. Needless to say I am taking my business elsewhere. Perhaps if they contact me and tell me these employees were fired I might give them my business. But until then, not a chance. I waited a few weeks before writing this review to ensure I didn't overreact. Now I'm positive I under reacted. Steer clear of these guys until their staff is reigned in and taught to act professional around potential clients.

Really dropped the ball when it came helping with the warranty of the siding product they installed. Said they have contacted their suppler and have not received a response. There is nothing they can do. Got very defensive when I asked questions, he was very unprofessional and unwilling to help any further. Mr. Larry hung up on me and refused to answer the phone when I tried to call back.

I contracted ABC Seamless Siding in September of 2020 to install siding on a horse stall on my property. They finally started the job on June 7th 2021 but the installers did not have enough materials to finish the job. They said they would be back in two weeks...they have yet to finish. Every time I called to ask for an update I was either told that they would be at my home "tomorrow" or "next week" or that "the materials are on the way" or "the materials are on the truck". Jim even told me that I was confused because the installers never told me they would be back in two weeks to finish. I last heard from them today (July 26th) and was...yet again...told that the materials have not arrived. They must not be getting any siding at all because I was clear that I no longer care what color they use because I just want the job finished so my structure does not sustain water damage through the exposed corners. If you hire this company I would not pay them the second installment unless and until all work is completed. I will have to take them to court and report them to the BBB if they do not finish the work they started which is a huge waste of time I could have been spared had I hired a different company. Caveat Emptor...Let the buyer beware.

I had ABC from Billings put log cabin steel siding over existing wood siding on a remote mountain cabin. I was somewhat concerned after reading the Google reviews. I must have gotten the "A" team, Justen, Dalton, & Dalton. They did an outstanding job, paid attention to all the small details. They only took three days, I thought it would be at least a week. They were perfectionists in putting on all the trim pieces and making sure the logs on all sides lines up. They also cleaned up thoroughly each night. I couldn't be happier with my new cabin look.

Only took just over 4 months to start the job after payment!! Then once job was finally completed did not bother to clean up the work site, cigarette butts, cans, screws, siding, and other materials everywhere!! Very unprofessional workmanship can see why they are less than 3 stars.

Poor Work. Deplorable customer service. I'm 54, have owned 7 homes in 5 states, and have never before been compelled to file a BBB complaint. I have now filed 2 of them RE ABC Seamless of Billings. Improper installation of a metal roof has led to water damage, seen for sure, and unseen highly likely. I've been battling with them since spring of this year seeking resolution...or even return a call or message. I sent a typed letter to the owner, Larry Grayson, and was ignored. Finally got attention, and quick action, with the 1st BBB complaint, but repair failed to alleviate the problem and complaint was closed by BBB administratively. Promise by ABC Seamless to return and "make it right" has gone by the wayside, despite 2 attempts on my part to hold workman accountable. (10/5 and 10/8). It hasn't rained/snowed everyday since 10/5. :) There is much more to this story. If you, or anyone about whom you care, is considering hiring this company, please feel free to contact me and I'd be glad to give you the whole, painful, 2 year saga.... And, of course, feel free to check out the myriad reviews online. Sure wish I had done so.... "Buyer beware!" REFERENCE THE "RESPONSE FROM OWNER" BELOW - That never happened. These people seem to have no problem being deceitful. I recommend you do your homework before you hire them - check their reviews on all sites.
