Very disappointing experience. The receptionist is extremely rude and lacks basic manners while speaking to patients.
Before the doctor arrived (almost 2.5 hours late), his wife, an MD in Dermatology who also practices in the same hospital—told waiting patients, “You should respect doctors,” when they simply asked if he was even coming. This was after hours of waiting without a single update.
The doctor, whose timing is 6–8 PM, finally arrived at 8:20 PM, and instead of apologizing, he started arguing. He said, “Kya main bed pe leta hua patient chhod ke aa jaun?” and added, “Tum to phir bhi yahan baithe ho, main subah 7 baje se khada hoon,” as if that excuses making patients wait for hours.
What’s more shocking is, without having any echo report in hand, and without even asking us to get one done, he directly advised an HRCT and said that if it comes normal, the patient would then have to go for angiography. How can a doctor recommend angiography without even checking the heart condition via an echo first? He simply glanced at the previous doctor’s file and started writing tests.
This kind of careless and robotic approach to someone’s health is not just unprofessional, it’s dangerous.
If you care about proper medical attention, respect, and genuine consultation, please visit another cardiologist. This hospital lacks basic professionalism, ethics, and patient empathy.
