Josh was a life saver. I worked with another local appliance company first which turned out to be a big mistake. Josh found the issue right away and the fridge has been working perfectly since! I will only use him going forward.

We purchased a used washer from Josh a year ago but are Snowbirds, so there was limited use. When the dial wasn't working a year later, Josh came out, fixed it--at no charge--even though the warranty had expired. He is highly educated in his trade and the most pleasant man to work with. I will definitely call him again (and recommend him to others) should we have any future appliance issues!
