I recommend this law firm; they do a very good job. Thanks to lawyer Izaak, I was able to obtain many things I needed. He does his job very well. He is very kind and understands his clients. Thanks to him, I was able to obtain many benefits that the insurance company refused to cover. He is a very good lawyer; I would give him a 10 out of 10.

First and foremost, I have to say Abbot, Clay,& Bedoy Law Firm are literally the best workmen comp law firm I have ever dealt with. From the moment I became Izzak’s Client he gave me his full and undivided attention every time I called. I can say that Nikki was one of the best attorney’s I’ve dealt with through this ordeal. Nikki was there when i needed questions answered and kept me up to date on all things with my case. I gave them 3 stars for following up and their transparency. I have used them in the past and had a much better, even a 5 star 🌟 experience. However, this was back in the day when we actually were speaking with attorneys during the consultation. I was referred to this firm by another attorney. I contacted Abbott/Clay/Bedoy for help with a Texas workers’ comp denial. The denial letter’s stated reason is “failed to timely notify the employer,” although it was denied without any communication with me so they have no clue what I did and I could easily prove that I reported it within 30 days versus them proving I didn't however the non-lawyer legal advisor couldn't see through his tunnel vision and was argumentative defending the denial reason. I explained the circumstances (progressive injury, manager’s “solution” was PTO/sick time, loss of access to work email/Teams after termination), the firm declined because I couldn't provide specific language or written proof of reporting within 30 days with specific wording. The person who called (it's never a lawyer) would not provide the attorney’s name behind the decision. I understand firms can choose their cases, but the process felt dismissive and only interested in “slam dunk cases.” I informed the attorney who referred me to them of their dismissive communication and lack of interest in other pertinent factors. I’m sharing this so others know what to expect. My takeaway: if your case isn’t a “slam dunk” with perfect documentation, don’t expect meaningful guidance or advocacy. If your case is a slam dunk, then you really don't need a lawyer and can keep 100% of your workers comp to yourself.

My experience I had when working with Mr. Bedoy was everything anybody could ever ask for and more! He went above and beyond for me after my injury at work.
