ABBA towing quickly came to my rescue today in Bellevue Idaho! He changed my flat tire within 10 minutes, had a puppy for my girls to play with and didn’t even charge me. Thank you so much amazing customer service, friendly, quick and had all the quick tools to use!!

Shandyn dropped what he was doing on a Sunday morning to help me out of a tough spot. He towed me and my Jeep safely ~80 miles from Stanley to Belevue. Super nice guy!

Shandon runs a great company, and his right-hand-man, Chandler, saved my ass. Great guys who provide amazing service. Don’t call any other towing service. ABBA is the real deal.

I called Abba Towing after getting stuck in the snow overnight - already a stressful and embarrassing situation. What followed was the most unprofessional, disrespectful interaction I’ve ever had with any business. From the moment someone answered the phone, the attitude was hostile and angry, as if I had committed some offense by calling. Instead of offering help, I was berated and repeatedly called an idiot for a full 10 minutes. When I tried to redirect the conversation to actually getting assistance, I was told I’d need to pay $1,000 upfront before any service would be provided - no estimate, no explanation, just a demand for money while continuing to insult me. I was stranded, desperate and seeking help. Instead of basic human decency and professional service, I received abuse and what felt like an attempt to take advantage of someone in a desperate situation. There are plenty of other towing services in the area who will treat you with respect. Save yourself the humiliation and financial exploitation - call literally anyone else.

Great service and communication throughout the process. The tow of my suburban had a bunch of complications, but the driver (Chandler) was fantastic throughout and made a bad situation a really good experience. Highly recommended.

Shandon helped me recover my ATV that had rolled 18 miles back in the SNRA. He was free that day and we went out immediately. Rode with him all the way out there and then worked together to get it unstuck from the side of a hill. Towed it all the way out and then trailered it. Did it all together. He was easy to work with and professional. If you need off-road recovery done, he's the guy to call. Highly recommend him.

Incredibly rude when I called. I was in a car accident where my truck flipped at about midnight Friday and called Saturday morning to see if my truck was towed there. Looked online for office hours but couldn’t find any. Guy answered and was extremely rude. Seemed bothered and upset that I had called. Never been more relieved to not have to do business somewhere. I understand it was early but if you don’t want people calling you after an emergency situation don’t own a 24 hour company. There are plenty of 9-5 jobs and maybe a career change is needed. Called Advanced Towing & Recovery Specialists and were as kind as could be. Avoid this towing company.

I got a flat tire on my truck near the summit of Trail Creek on July 3. Shandon was en route to help someone else, but stopped and asked us if we needed help. While we would have managed ok, Shandon got out his tools and helped us change the flat. We really appreciated his help, and if we’re in need of tow service we’ll definitely call AbbA Towing. Shandon is AMAZING! Heart of gold, good human being, amazing mechanic. I was out Kane Creek with my son and we came back to our car to find a severely flat/thrashed tire. Shandon saw us and immediately asked if we needed help. In 5 minutes or less he expertly, quickly, and kindly put on my spare tire (VW Atlas). He had a huge jack, an electric drill, all the right tools! Not only that, when he came behind us on the road, he asked if we wanted him to stay with us to make sure we got to the main road safely. We were moving at a snail's pace. So generous! Thank you, Shandon! You are the definition of "great customer service." And to think you had to do all this on your day off- the 5th of July! Thank you!!!!!

Abba got my truck out of a snowy farm field due to operator error on my part. Shandyn is very knowledgeable was able to use a tow wrench angle off a tree to get me back out. If it was not for him, my family and I would be waiting for spring to get us out. Abba goes to remote places in the backcountry as well to help people out. Thank you Abba towing.
