We’re so pleased we found Abacus. They clean the outside windows at our home in Ascot, and every time they visit the house feels instantly brighter. There’s something lovely about looking out through properly clean, sparkling glass — especially on a sunny day — and they never disappoint. They’re always reliable, friendly and professional, and it’s clear they take real pride in their work. Even in unpredictable weather, the standard is consistently excellent. It’s such a comfort to have someone dependable who quietly does a wonderful job every time. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Abacus.

Our windows and doors were cleaned by them for the first time today. The entire job took only two to three minutes, which I confirmed on my outdoor cameras. I can assure you that, despite all the promises they make – whether customer satisfaction, spotless glass, or cleaned frames, sills, doors and windows – they do not deliver, not one of them. It is remarkable how consistently disappointing they are. All they did was splash some water. They certainly did not clean the sills or anything else, and in fact our windows were noticeably cleaner before their visit. Now they are covered with spots and streaks, despite their so-called guarantee. They are refusing to issue a refund because I will not allow them to “rectify” the work. That is hardly surprising, as they are clearly incapable of cleaning properly, and I will not give them the chance to make things worse, as they have already done for many other people according to their Google reviews.

Had my windows cleaned today for the first time by Sid at Abacus and he did a fantastic job! His work was to a very high standard, he was polite, friendly and helpful and he came across as genuinely wanting to do a good job. The Velux windows had not been cleaned for a while, but his attention to detail to get rid of the stubborn moss was exceptional. I am very impressed with the care and consideration that went into his work and he made a brilliant first impression. Thank you Sid.

Great company! My windows were cleaned for the first time today by George , apon arrival he introduced himself and the company , he explained the process of the windows being cleaned which I found reassuring. After the windows were cleaned I realised all the moss and algae was removed from the frames and sills. Which completely transformed my windows! would definitely recommend

The whole service was brilliant from start to finish! Easy to book and easy to pay. Windows left sparkling. I look forward to having them cleaned again in another 6 weeks.

I basically signed up for a £30 month subscription just for someone to spray water on my windows and clear off. When I had a cold call at my door to sign up for this service I was informed the windows and sills, plus the fascia’s would get cleansed, but no such luck. The first clean was complete waste of my money, guy came round sprayed waters at windows, leaving streaks and the sills and fascia’s remained dirty. I immediately cancelled after the service. I could have done what he did myself with the jet wash!

Kieran came out to clean my windows today, he was so friendly and professional. He done such a great a job, you can really tell he takes pride in his work. I will be recommending him to my friends and neighbours

The company are very pleasant to deal with and always helpful if there are any issues. Very happy with the cleaning. The price is higher than some in the area but we feel its ok for the results you get

After our windows were cleaned for the first time,they were left with streaks and water droplets. This was across a number of windows. I rang and complained and was informed we would have them redone as they offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. They duly turned up today to redo them and they have actually been left in a worse condition then the first time. I phoned to again complain also informing that we would not be paying for such a sloppy service 2nd time round I also requested the salesman who made the initial contact with us to come and inspect the windows. The response over the phone was: we expect you to pay as it was a second visit and the salesman would not attend to inspect. I was also asked to take pictures to send to them via e-mail which they would send me to reply. I have duly taken the pictures but am still waiting to be sent the email to respond to. So please Abacus live by your motto: 100%customer satisfaction. Because until you do ,we will not pay. Regards W.Diamond

George did a fantastic job on my windows and fascia! Everything is sparkling clean and looks like new. Professional, friendly service and left everything spotless. Highly recommend!
