Have used this company a few times over the past 5 years - very knowledgeable and reasonably priced, always super helpful! Would highly recommend! Last appointment was to replace a drain pump on LG washing machine, prior to that had a heating element replaced on a fan assisted Hotpoint oven.

Service was impeccable, so refreshing after a bad experience with another local company. We called ABA late Wednesday afternoon as our dishwasher had stopped working and they said they could come around midday Thursday, but we said we couldn't be here so they asked if we would be home in the afternoon and they came then. We were very impressed by Shawn, the engineer from ABA, who carefully and thoroughly checked our dishwasher before diagnosing the problem and fitting a new pump. Excellent service and a very reasonably priced charge. We were interested to learn they deal with other domestic appliances such as washing machines, tumble driers and even ovens so will definitely keep their number handy Thank you for your prompt service.

We had an oven to fix and were recommended ABA by another local company. ABA took sensible questions over the phone, came out within 24 hours and fixed the oven within an hour. Saved us hundreds of pounds for a new oven. They also found a related electrics issue that they couldn't fix themselves, but they emailed exactly how to describe it to an electrician. I will definitely use ABA again next time a household appliance breaks before buying new.

Shaun has just repaired my dishwasher and given me some great advice. He also very kindly sorted out another couple of jobs without me asking. I'll definitely call them whenever I have any appliance problems in the future. Quick, clean and highly efficient Absolutely recommend without hesitation.

Contacted Geoff at 9 a.m. Phoned me back promptly and Sean came 3 hours later. Diagnosed the problem on our Miele washing machine and replaced the faulty part with a genuine Miele part. First class service. Definitely recommend.
