Eddie is amazing! He is absolutely the best gate repairman I have ever met. We have lived in our home for 17 years and hired many gate repairmen, but none of them can compare with Eddie. He is professional, polite, honest & communicates every aspect of the repair.

I had some really unpleasant experiences with this company. It was my gate that had track broken, they came out quoted me a reasonable number to change it. I later added to get the gate chain replaced as that’s old. Their number for chain alone was high but I decided to gave all my business to them. When they came for work, it was subcontracted, and the guy told me they were to use the old track which was broken. I asked the sales person and he insisted that’s what we agreed. I checked contact it said “new v track concrete install”. I didn’t want to deal with that verbiage so I cancelled that service with them. But in order to get my deposit back, I had to go with them to change the chain. I blame myself for not being careful with the contract and was going to just let it go. A month later, the chain they installed came off. I put it back without calling those guys. Honestly don’t understand how they can mess up such a simple thing. This time I decided to leave a review so others may learn from my mistake. Be extra careful with them, they may give you a number that’s reasonable, but contract could be something vague. They subcontractor out, and their job quality is questionable as I can see here.

Avi, the technician, Avi, honored my request to text me when he was on his way (surprisingly, others have trouble with this), and arrived early in the appointment window, which made a lot easier for me to plan my day. He was very professional and efficient, and took care to ensure I’d have no further problems. Unfortunately, I did have another unexpected problem, which he once again took care of promptly and efficiently, also suggested a service schedule to keep my gate working well.
