Regretfully cannot recommend
In my experience, this move was handled very poorly. The team mishandled my sofa and left it dirty and damaged (see photos). What followed was two months of back-and-forth that became overwhelming and stressful for me. I was assured several times that someone would return to clean and repair the sofa, but those visits never happened. Despite repeated follow-ups, the issue was never resolved and I did not receive a refund.
I expect accountability and basic follow-through; unfortunately, I did not experience that here. With respect, I cannot in good conscience recommend this company. For your own peace of mind, please consider choosing a mover that stands behind its work and treats customers with care.
Update – Nov. 6, 2025:
For accuracy and based on my personal experience, I’d like to clarify a few points:
1. The move was not free. I paid in full for the service I received based on the price they quoted me.
2. It was a one-bedroom move with only a few furniture pieces.
3. My sofa was in very good condition and did not have any loose leg or pre-existing damage.
4. After the move, there was only one in-person visit for inspection.
5. I consistently asked for a repair or replacement as the refund was the last thing on my mind. The refund was issued only after I posted my first review and after many follow-ups, though the process was lengthy and unnecessarily difficult.
I’m sharing this solely to correct the record for anyone reading this review.
