These guys are great! The tenant in my townhouse notified me late Sunday afternoon that the power had gone out and even though it had come back on, the refrigerator and garage door were not working. The ice in the freezer was beginning to melt and water was beginning to drip onto the floor. I contacted A2 Handyman at 5 PM on Sunday and explained the issue. The gentleman I spoke with was very polite and professional and committed to getting someone to my place first thing Monday morning, even though they had a full schedule of appointments already in place. As we worked out the details, he continued to be extremely responsive via text. On Monday morning, Alex showed up at 8 AM as promised and quickly resolved the issue with both the refrigerator and the garage. Follow up communication about the work that was done was immediate and clear. As a remote landlord, A2 Handyman now is at the top of my list of people should I need repairs in the future.
