I damaged the front end of my sedan bumper, hood , radiator etc. ok cool easy fix right? Here was my experience with Rick and A1, I dropped my car off first week of April I just got it back the beginning of August!! Yes 4 months 🤦🏾‍♂️ It looked beautiful but after reevaluating the condition is worse. At pick I noticed the one of the yellow running lights wasn’t active tho the blanker worked, Rick replied it’s a easy fix four bucks AutoZone 😐Really I just paid you 4500 dollars and wait 4 months for you to tell me that WoW 😮 Okay whatever I just want my car at this point, I’m on the highway and my new hood is flapping everywhere like it’s about to pop completely off😶 Rick did offer to fix it but I refuse to let dude touch my car again. Now less than a month I’m leaking coolant from the same system I just paid to get put in. From the reviews it look like you either get great service or 💩. I feel scammed and cheated definitely have to get a new car that 4500 I spent would’ve been a nice down payment. Thank for nothing Rick. Keep in mind I’m from Florida I have Florida tags on my car definitely can’t make that trip anymore😕

Rick did an incredible job fixing my car! The repair was done beautifully, and the price was fair. He truly excels at what he does and is a fantastic asset to this business. I genuinely appreciate his work and professionalism!

Absolutely amazing service from Rick! Highly knowledgeable and made our repair as seamless as possible. He even went above and beyond with a detailing and extra work. I would definitely recommend A1 to anyone looking for professional auto body work at great prices!

I took my new car here after an accident. Not only was the price reasonable, but he also got the whole repair done pretty quickly. I received my car in even better condition than when I purchased it. It's like a brand-new car. Don't give up on your car, take it to my guy here, and he'll hook you up and have you falling back in love with your car!!

I brought my car to Rick and I was totally distraught after the accident I felt so defeated he made me comfortable he told me he'd give my car the best care possible. He was very honest about the time limit and what he would do to make things better and he did! Thank you Rick!

My car had spun out on the freeway from black ice. Had front grill, front bumper, and back bumper damage with paint damage. I am so pleased with the service provided and I will recommend anyone takes their vehicle here. I was told to get a new car but the owner of A1 was able to correct all damage and made my car look better than before!

A1 Collision fixed my car 1 year ago, when I needed a brand new window regulator. This year (2025), around the same time the window came off track upon regular use of the driver side button again. I called upset and very distraught of what the costs could be again and thinking of the time it was going to take to fix it. Rick calmly listened, informed me that he would take a look the following week to see what the matter could be, but then even fit me in sooner than what he originally scheduled. Rick found the issue and repaired it the same day, saving me from another expensive bill. I am so grateful for his time and expertise.
