Abram was professional and very quick to diagnose what was going on with our oven and stove burner. Within under an hour he was able to fix our problem, HIGHLY recommend him. Will definitely be returning back if and when we have any future issues we were very happy with everything surrounding our service today!

Great experience. I had to reschedule several times (at the last minute) due to issues with chronic migraines. Abram was always patient and gracious with me on these occasions. I’d hire A-1 to repair/service my appliances again and again.

I had high expectations from this company because of their good reviews, but they refused to provide service. I even called to request assistance, yet my call was never answered. There was absolutely no hospitality, and it’s clear they’re not interested in serving everyone. I do not recommend this company, and I question the accuracy of many of the positive reviews. Their rating should not be five stars given the number of negative experiences reported.

My dryer had a burning smell when running. I called the day of for an appt and got one that same day. Abram diagnosed and fixed. Great service.
