They were very easy to make an appointment on their website. They got right back with me and had a scheduled appointment the following day. Abram was extremely nice and helpful. Thanks again for helping us out on our dryer!!! Would highly recommend this company.

Great experience. I had to reschedule several times (at the last minute) due to issues with chronic migraines. Abram was always patient and gracious with me on these occasions. I’d hire A-1 to repair/service my appliances again and again.

I had high expectations from this company because of their good reviews, but they refused to provide service. I even called to request assistance, yet my call was never answered. There was absolutely no hospitality, and it’s clear they’re not interested in serving everyone. I do not recommend this company, and I question the accuracy of many of the positive reviews. Their rating should not be five stars given the number of negative experiences reported.

My dryer had a burning smell when running. I called the day of for an appt and got one that same day. Abram diagnosed and fixed. Great service.

Great company. I was able to schedule online for an LG washer repair. Arrived on time and determined the problem quickly. Ordered the part & scheduled to come back in 2 days with the part. Again showed up on time & had it fixed in under an hour. Definitely recommend especially if you have LG appliances.
