Having spent 40+ years in the construction industry in around Houston, I have had the opportunity to have dealt with quite a few rental companies. The one thing I have found missing in recent years though is good customer service. From the initial contact with A&W, I was made to feel like my business was greatly appreciated. Their pricing is competitive and from returning phone calls, keeping delivery schedules, and working with you when issues arise, Austin and their team are spot on in the way they conduct their operation. They are definitely a 5+ star company, and I have no problem recommending them to others.

The gentleman that dropped off the dumpster was very helpful, explaining about the door and where not to put your hands when closing it. Made the it was where I wanted on the property. During a difficult time in our lives with the passing of my sister last month. I needed to clean my mom house and decided to find a company to rent a dumpster. I called a couple places and came across A & W Dumpster. I decided to give them a call and I was glad I did. Austin is a true people person and excellent customer service person. Very easy to talk to and easy to work with. I rented a dumpster and Robert delivered the dumpster on time. Robert text me to let me know the time of arrival. I had to call Austin to rent two more dumpster. Such a smooth transaction. Once again, Robert text me to let me know the arrival time. Robert is so good at what he does and very quick and definitely know how to drive a truck. I would definitely use A and W dumpster again. Thank you, Austin and Robert for everything.

Very professional, courteous and responsive. Communicated well from ordering the dumpster, delivery and payment processing online. Delivered when promised and were flexible on delivery and pick-up dates. Clean and well maintained dumpster does not look like an eyesore on your property or project and all latches and hinges work like new. More maneuverable pick-up truck and trailer roll-off delivery to access tighter areas with no damage to driveways or property as with larger trucks. Competitive pricing and a hassle-free experience.
