Had the fortune of meeting Richie and having him look after our group for a fun night out. Our limo arrived clean, plenty of ice for drinks, lots of glassware and a great speaker to listen to music on, at any volume. Richie was quick to swing into action at every stop to pick up our friends. We would definitely use A-Universal and Richie for our next road trip party. Thank you for the great night!

Richard was the best driver we could have asked for. Was very accommodating and knew where extra Christmas lights were located around London for us to look at. Great experience and couldn't have asked for anything more! Was a plus that we shared a birthday week and celebrated his birthday on the night of our event. So much fun, highly recommend!
