Mike seemed like a nice guy when we first met. I asked him to come out and fix a leak with my RV pump. He was there less than 15 minutes and charged me 200 dollars for “fixing” my leak. He replaced a couple pipes and was gone without hooking anything up to see if he had actually fixed the leak. He did not, part of my trailer flooded again. He said he would come back and fix it, then ghosted me. Finally I got ahold of him 2 days later and now he wants 2 more service charges (300$) and a new pump for 100 dollars. (Where they’re 45$ on Amazon) When I questioned him (admittedly upset) about the pricing (because none of this would have happened if he had actually checked his work the first visit) he hung up on me!! No integrity. Use anyone besides this company.

Robert was polite and helpful, willing to walk me through the repairs. My new RV had a temperature sensor issue that he quickly and thoroughly fixed, at a fair price. Would certainly use this company again.
