First pregnancy. Staff was very helpful and informative. I feel better about my pregnancy after my first appointment already. My ultrasound was very comfortable and got great pics!💕 thank you

I took the pills and everything was great! They checked for me like they should have and gave me all necessities. They gave me a rundown on how the next few days was going to go through a couple of papers and they made sure to check up on me within 2 weeks. This place isn’t planned parenthood and it was not really spectacular, still it got the job done and was GREATT NO LIE. I’m a young teen who is known to be very bougie but this was up my alley and I was comfortable there and after leaving. Smooth sailing process.

I had the best experience here! The waiting time was a bit long as expected but all the nurses and the dr was amazing. I did the twilight and the nurse was prepping me and doing breathing exercises with me and she made sure I was super comfortable. I was a bit nervous still but then the dr came and talk to me about was about to happen it felt like I was there for all of 2 minutes. Then they take you out to the recovery room and give you some water/take your blood pressure about 3 times. The ambience was very nice. Definitely recommend this place to anyone who is ever in my situation. Also when I went there

Everyone was so nice. I am so thankful I went here! I had the office procedure done with sedation and I don't remember anything. Dr. Peters is the nicest doctor I have ever met. He explained everything to me. I had to have this done about a year ago and went to Planned Parenthood. They treated me like I meant nothing. The lady doctor was mean and refused to give me extra pain medicine when I said I felt everything and then wouldn't give me a pain pill prescription afterwards. Thank you Dr. Peters and all your staff. I would ONLY recommend this office if you need this done. I am so happy my friend told me about this office so I didn't have to go to Planed Parenthood again. This place is awesome! This is already a difficult time for women who are in this situation but they made me feel comfortable and they were not judgmental. After being checked in, the process went very smooth and straight to the point. All appointments are set for the same time so all patients were together up until the procedure. The nurses were very attentive and tried to engage in conversation with each and every one of the patients in here. The environment help calm me down because I had no idea what to expect. The ultrasound technician even made jokes to help ease my anxiety about the entire process. Once I was called to the operation room, the nurse and doctors were very attentive and explained everything that was going to happen. The doctor made sure I was comfortable. I did the twilight abortion so after the doctor explained the procedure , he gave me medicine so I don't remember anything besides being woken up by the nurse and getting assistance walking into the recovery room. The procedure was about 2 minutes long & I also felt no pain from the procedure. The nurse in the recovery room was also very helpful even though I couldn't stop laughing (Side effect from the medicine). I was expecting to be here all day but they were straight to the point and all of us were out by 11am. I wanted to give everyone a thank you for helping me through the process!! I wish I could have said it there but I was on the medicine. I HIGHLY recommend this location if you are ever in a situation like me. They are great! I will forever remember this facility for being kind and non judgmental.

Overall I feel as though the staff was excellent, friendly, and down to earth. I had many concerns before and after the procedure and they were very kind and knowledgeable in terms of answering my questions professionally. Also, they were personable and truly put my mind at ease. However the character of the staff definitely made up for the efficiency and overall look of the facility. Its a bit old and a little unwelcoming in terms of aesthetics. Also, on a more professional level I felt as though I did not have enough privacy in terms of discussing my procedure choice at the window as well as the date of my last period. This was only an issue because the waiting room is small and the window is right in the center of the seating area. As far as those things are concerned my only constructive criticism would be a more private atmosphere to discuss medical information not right at the sign in window. There are points I was called back and asked other questions but it was prefaced with some sort of test or the initial ultrasound, blood work, etc. OH and efficiency with patient flow. This was a little bit of an annoyance only because I felt as though my appointment time was more of a generality as opposed to an exact point in time. I was not seen until 2 hours later. Be that as it may once I was called back the actual procedure lasted maybe 5-10 minutes. However if there was more of a grip on patient flow and efficiency as well as a more private consultation area this place would hands down be amazing. Again, the staff was great, the Doctor was friendly and I felt comfortable in the competency of all those involved. I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone who wishes to do the same. They are an amazing group of people. Only you are allowed in the back which kind of scared me being without my fiancé but they made me feel so comfortable and relaxed I was fine the entire time. Super positive environment and didn’t feel any judgement. I would definitely recommend going here to anyone that’s going through this sensitive process/topic. At first I was so nervous to talk and ask questions and the lady at the front desk was kind and helpful and super patient because I didn’t know how to fill out all the paperwork and she helped me out. The woman in the back that took my vitals and everything was super nice and super gentle. The 2 ladies in the ultrasound room are amazing it was my first time going through this and the other held my hand and was talking me through everything the other lady doing the ultrasound was so understanding and very easy going and super gentle as well. The actual Doctor of the facility is super nice he was comfortable answering all and any questions with a very positive attitude and he explained everything down to every detail. The docs assistant was amazing too super nice and always had a smile on her face. This is the best place I’ve ever been too if they had womens care in general I would go here for everything. 10/10

I was told I would receive counseling before and after however I did not. I was also let go before the anesthesia wore off I could barely walk. I remember being pulled off the table and was walked by a nurse to a chair I sat there until I was told it was time to go. I asked for a note for work which they did not give me I would not have known otherwise. when the anesthesia wore off I called and asked if I could get a note for work via email. I was told that was impossible I would have to come back in I live an hour away. No one was kind the nurses or doctor it's basically a slaughter house and that's how your treated. no one really explained what was going to happen or what was going on. If they were a bit more kind and actually had counciling for those who wanted/needed it it would be a much better place. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

The staff and doctor were absolutely amazing and made me feel so comfortable during my visit today. I would like to give a special thank you to my nurse during my visit (I wish I could remember her name!!!), she made things so much easier for me and I will never forget her! Things were a little foggy but I remember she held my hand during my procedure and was so supportive. After my procedure she talked to me about some personal things, she really cared about my emotional well being, she also gave me some uplifting words and she let me borrow her cell phone charger! Haha, I high recommend this facility to every woman I know for any type of feminine care. I was extremely nervous and scared and they took my worries right away. The doctor was also extremely attentive and easy to talk to. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR BEING THE ONES WHO TOOK CARE OF ME IN MY TIME OF NEED! ❤️

This clinic is the best honestly the doctor and his nurses are such sweethearts I was so nervous and they made the process from start to finish so easy for me and quick. It was so nice to even chat with other women we really helped eachother out to distress and be there for one another. Truly a great women’s clinic. Thank you everyone making this decision a lot easier than I thought!
