Dr Morissette is so thorough and listens. She cares, and has an amazing bedside manner. My daughter and I have stuck with her. She’s amazing! The front office staff are so nice and helpful. Warm when they greet you at the window. Great experience always. Booking over the phone is always great as well. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

I absolutely LOVE A Thru Z Pediatrics! With my first child, we switched pediatricians and offices at least three times because I couldn’t find one that truly met my expectations and needs. After about a year, we were referred to A Thru Z Pediatrics. At first, I was hesitant because of the drive — we were living on the Southside of San Antonio at the time, and it didn’t seem very convenient. When I initially arrived, I was unsure again because cosmetically the office felt a bit outdated and not as aesthetically inviting as I had expected for a pediatric practice. However, my concerns quickly disappeared. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment we walked in. When we met Mr. Rollie T. Rockett, he was absolutely wonderful with my daughter. He addressed all of my questions and concerns with patience, professionalism, and genuine care. As a first-time mom, I had many worries, and while I understand that clinicians may hear similar questions every day, he never once made me feel dismissed, rushed, or belittled — which had unfortunately been my experience at other practices. That level of respect and understanding meant everything to me. Because of the exceptional care we received from Mr. Rockett, the decision to stay with A Thru Z Pediatrics was an easy one. The availability of same-day appointments, along with their friendly and highly competent staff, was truly the cherry on top. We have now been patients for three to four years, and all three of my daughters see Mrs. Katelin Morrissette. She is just as amazing! We absolutely adore her. She is kind, empathetic, professional, and truly embodies what every clinician should strive to be. In all the years we have been patients at A Thru Z Pediatrics, we have never had a single negative experience. From the employee who answers the phone to schedule appointments, the medical assistants and providers, every single team member is exceptional. We are beyond grateful to have found such a caring and dedicated practice for our family.

Dr Rocket is awesome. My wife and I love him. My one year old daughter loves him. And I can't wait for him to treat my son who I'm expecting by the end of March. The staff is very friendly. Just all around great pediatric facility.

Dr. Rockett is the best doctor. He’s incredibly kind and attentive to my baby’s needs. He always takes the time to listen to my concerns and never pressures me into making decisions I’m not ready for. Instead, he provides me with all the education I need to make informed choices. The staff at the front desk is also so sweet and attentive. They have a quick response time when I call in for anything like medication refills or information. I definitely recommend this office

The staff is friendly the Doctors are well knowledged and kind. my child felt comfortable and they know the importance of that. I highly recommend if you're looking for a pediatrician that makes you feel safe knowing your child is getting the best care .

Rockett is the best! He’s always so good with my babies. All 3 of mine have gone here since they were born. He is so kind, patient, and a real pro at what he does. The entire office is the best. They all are so helpful and kind to me and the kids. Great staff all around!

Such an amazing doctor, our two sons were new patients and Doctor Rockett is the absolute best and sweetest doctor!!! Made our 5 year old so comfortable and happy!! Great practice! Front desk staff was super friendly and sweet as well! Made us feel so happy and relieved moving to a new state!
