I had used Riverbend Sandler for my weekly pool maintenance for the last 2 years after doing it myself for the prior 12 years. Since last Fall, Riverbend had really screwed up my salt pool chemicals, resulting in me having to replace my salt cell and then finding out they likely weren't even testing the salt and there was likely nothing wrong with the salt cell. I also took my own water to two different places to have it tested and found out my chlorine was over 15, which is semi dangerous, but they were only reporting it as 8 but still were adding chlorine (again to my salt water pool that shouldn't need chlorine added).
So I switched to Atech a month ago and wow - the difference is huge and such a positive change. They are easily reachable via text. The tech, Daniel, that does my weekly cleaning literally cleans everything - the vacuum hose filter, the vacuum filter on the equipment side, and the filter basket on the pump. Riverbend would never clean those three things and I often had to go behind them to clean those things myself. Atech takes pictures of their salt tests to prove they tested the salt. They also immediately repaired my overflow pipe within 2 days where repairs with Riverbend would sit in the queue for days. I am thoroughly impressed with how Atech has already treated me as a new customer in the first month. Their pricing is also about $40 cheaper than Riverbend charged me per month so that's a bonus too. I was very hesitant to switch from Riverbend since they had literally been the only company to touch my pool in 15 years. But now I'm very happy with Atech and feel like an idiot that I didn't switch sooner.
