The owner ordered a satellite view to provide a quote which helps them with the materials needed. The owner came out to personally inspect the roof including a walk about on top and took pictures. He determined the crowns on our 2 fireplaces were cracked and needed replacement which I needed to get done first. I had received 3 other quotes but he was the only one to go on the roof and provide me with pictures and a personal inspection. His price was in line with another quote so that is why they got the job because he went on the roof! We discussed the material options, color and the process. The owner stayed in contact with me after the quote options to see if we had questions and when we wanted to proceed. I had to get quotes on the chimney work and get that done first. Once the chimney work was completed within 2 weeks they ordered the materials and did our roof replacement. A team of 6 worked for 3 days removing the old 31 year old asphalt shingles , felt paper, removed old drip edge, 4 attic fans, 5 plumbing pipe boots and replaced any decking material that was bad and where we did away with the attic fans. The team checked the flashing around 8 dormers and 2 chimneys to make sure they were fine. The team installed new synthetic decking waterproofing material, new aluminum drip edge, extra waterproof material for the valleys for water and ice, starter shingles, asphalt shingles, ridge vent and ridge cap shingles and new plumbing pipe boot caps. The team worked together as a team each in a safe and efficient manner. They had the equipment and safety equipment they needed to do the work. Our house is 2 story and the roof is steep, it has 8 dormers and a Mansard roof over the garage. The team cleaned up after the work was done and hauled off the old material removed including sweeping the area for nails. A team of 2 came back another day to sand, prime and paint 2 attic vents at the top of the main house and re screen 5 screens. We highly recommend this roofing company. They are honest, have a strong work ethic and do what they say they will do. Left over materials were picked up and credit received for materials not used and for work they didn’t have to do (2 dormers we thought had to be re flashed just needed some calking). Our roof took 61 squares. We had GAF shingles and went back with GAF the best they make. The materials ordered matched up with the materials needed when we built our house 31 years ago.

Juan did a great job replacing our 20 year old roof. The roof had a lot of complex shapes that were no issue for his team. Would definitely recommend them.
