A Star Swim Schools

My daughter Scarlett had had swimming lessons elsewhere whilst learning to swim and wasn’t really progressing. I changed her to A Star swimming just to see if other schools were any different. The first thing I noticed that was different to the original method she had been taught by were the classes were much smaller and each class had a teacher in the water with the children and each teacher seemed to really take their time to give each child clear direction. On top of the teachers seeming to be really experienced, they were also great with the children. My daughter loved her lessons and I found the overall running of the lessons excellent. Clear instructions on payment, dates etc were sent out so that during today’s busy lifestyles, parents can keep organised. I would highly recommend this swimming school, they are excellent. The only reason we stopped was because my daughter became as excellent swimmer!

My little boy has been attending for just over a year now, starting when he was 2. I took him swimming myself the other week and honestly couldn’t believe how confident and independent he is in the water now! Honestly feel enrolling him has been one of the best things we’ve done for him. Staff are always lovely and friendly. My little boy loves going and is comfortable with staff and happy to go into the pool independently with them.

My little boy Lewis joined, a very nervous swimmer. He had attended a different swim school for over a year and made little progression. After a couple of weeks here, he was down to 1 disc, then he had his 5m, hes now on his 20m and loves going. From the moment you enter the door, you feel welcome, nothing is to much trouble. My daughter goes, she went from not having a strong stroke, to now having her 100m and doing life saving skills! The changing rooms are cleaned continuously, it is warm and inviting. My children love it here, as do i. Pricing is very good and availability! Thank you xx

My child has been coming for years and has needed a lot of encouragement and patience. The staff have been nothing but great with her and she has developed so much confidence and is now a good swimmer, it’s lovely to see. It’s great how many staff are in the pool with the kids, it really helped. Highly recommend.

Our child absolutely loves his swimming class with AStar. Smaller groups means more focused teaching with each child. They constantly assess the children so they are rewarded for progressing which is a huge motivator. They are a lovely team to deal! We’ve had a bad experience elsewhere and have been extremely impressed with the teaching from AStar. Highly recommend.

Can’t recommend this swim school enough! When my two year old first started, he hated being in the water but they were so patient with him and accommodating to what he needed to feel comfortable and now he absolutely loves going swimming here (:

My daughter started 5 weeks ago and is currently 25 months old. First session she was screaming and didn’t want to go in. Only. 5 weeks later she is confident, loves swimming and talks about how she has been ‘kicking’ when she comes home. I am honestly so impressed and can’t wait to see her progress!

Both my kids love going swimming with A star swim schools. The teachers are great with all the children. My son has a disability and his teacher, Leanne, is so good with him and really encourages him to do his best without pushing him too far. Definitely recommended!

Excellent tuition, the staff are very friendly and I would highly recommend A Star Swim School. My daughter recently transferred over from another local swim school, she loves it here!

My daughter has recently moved to A Star Swim School and is making so much progress. The instructors are so friendly and welcoming and my daughter is excited to go each week, which is a very different response to her previous swim school. Cannot recommend enough 😀
