Juan came out and documented everything he found; we ended up needing a new cap and flue, a new liner, and a new firebox. Juan was responsive, clear, and considerate in all of our interactions. He provided fair estimates, and even worked with us a little bit on some pricing. His team was quick and efficient, respectful of our space, and provided truly excellent craftsmanship. Our reworked firebox and hearth are beautiful, and we can finally enjoy fires in our fireplace!
