He had it fixed so quickly I was astonished. I thought it was totally screwed. From concern about a damaged door to elation that it was fixed and back to working perfectly. My garage door failed with rollers coming out of their tracks and the cable disconnecting. And it was 20 below. What a mess. A&R actually answered the phone. 90 minutes later the door was repaired. I thought it would take a week. What a friendly and knowledgeable company. These are the guys to call when your garage door needs work.

I sent an email inquiry expecting to hear back within the week, got a call within the hour and Ryan was out at my house that afternoon. He quickly diagnosed some substantial issues, and he and Ron got back to me with a quote and had the parts replaced in the same day. I was stunned, honestly. Now recommending them to everyone I know. My partner and I were calling around this morning looking for someone to come look at and repair my garage door. A&R called back promptly and sent someone over within the hour.
