A-Pro Pool & Spa and Arctic Spas of Lindstrom

We just had our hot tub delivered about a week ago. Blake and Brandon were great. Blake answered all my questions (I had a lot of them!) It’s our first spa and A-Pro Pool and Spa have been amazing. Shaina has been very helpful running our water samples to get our tub water perfect. Thank You!! We are loving our Arctic Spa Custom McKinley tub.

I bought a house in August of ‘24 with a pool. I had no idea what I was getting into and struggled with the first pool company that I contacted for help. A-pro on the other hand was awesome from the start offering free water sampling for in depth analysis of my water contents and consistently great service. Chad and Shanna were personable and great to work with as they answered EVERY single question (hundreds of questions) I had with a concrete answer showing their knowledge of the industry and how MY POOL works. Highly recommend using them if you’re in the chisago county area for you pool experts! Now I just have to clean this puppy up and it’ll be ready for spring 2026!

Have owned Sundance for 25 years and bought an Arctic Spa on a recommendation. Spa just delivered and set up today. Brandin and Blake were professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They made sure I was satisfied with the placement and spent necessary time explaining the spa’s features. I own a Sundance hot tub. Was having trouble with the top control panel I.e. to change temperature, lights, etc. called A- Pro and they sent out their tech. After explaining to him how to remove the main panel, he went to work. He said, looks like you need a new top control panel, and that the main office will follow up with you.I received a call the next day from a manager who said I needed a replacement top control panel. When asked the cost of replacement, he said around $1000, all in. I decided to call another shop for a quote. Pool-Werx technician came out and performed a hard reset of the computer. For the price of $231, problem fixed. $770 saving. Consumer be aware.

I have used Apro Pool and Spa since they installed my pool in 2019. I don't write a lot of reviews, but they have earned this review. Over the years, I have seen the customer service get better and better. The service techs, Blake and Brandin, made this year the smoothest one yet. I really appreciate Chad and Shaina’s communication and flexibility. I will continue to use Apro Pool and Spa for my yearly visits!

Brandon and Blake installed a new hot tub for us today. Top notch service. They were on time, completed the job perfectly and took our old hot tub with them. Very informative and great to work with.

We moved from our prior home and since the Arctic Spa was so highly valued by the buyers, we included it with the sale of the house. Great for the buyer, but sad for us! Fortunately, Shaina and Chad were awesome in helping us order a new customized Arctic Spa Summit XL for our new home! It arrived today and WOW what an impressive spa! Enhanced seats, sound system, more lights, and best of all delivered with exceptional care from Chad and the professional team of Brandin and Blake! Blake and Brandin were great in making sure everything was prepped and ready for electric hookup, cover installed, and even some super cool shelves! I can honestly say that we use our Arctic Spa nearly every day ALL YEAR long. If you are looking for a life enhancing experience, then I strongly suggest you get an Arctic Spa from Chad and Shaina at A-Pro. Sure, you will see a ton of other spas at the State Fair and advertisements on television. But beware that many of those simply won't last through a bitter Minnesota winter. If you want a spa you can use all year long, then you need an Arctic Spa and the BEST place to purchase it is from A-Pro. Chad and Shaina stand by the products they sell and provide the utmost in customer support to make sure everything is working perfectly. -------------------------------------------------------- Shaina & Chad are awesome and I HIGHLY recommend A-Pro Pool & Spa to anyone that is considering a hot tub. We purchased an Arctic Spa Summit XL from A-Pro in June of 2021. Due to it's size and where we wanted it located, Chad arranged for a crane to place it and everything went perfect! Once the electrical was done, A-Pro was back promptly and made sure everything was working and thoroughly showed us how everything operated and what we would need to do; which is pretty minimal with the Spa Boy feature from Arctic Spa. They even provided a kit of initial chemicals and O-rings for future needs. This is a salt water hot tub and is the BEST hot tub I have ever used. Everyone that visits says the same, and we use it nearly every evening year round. We mounted an outdoor (Furrion Aurora) television on the side of the barn near the hot tub so we can watch television while soaking in this amazing hot tub! Recently, one of the diverter parts failed and Shaina and Chad were great in getting us the part ASAP. Since it was under warranty, there was no charge and I sincerely appreciate them standing behind their product with prompt and professional service. So many companies these days have lost the concept of good customer service, but I am pleased to say that A-Pro Pool & Spa still provides the very BEST in honest sales, excellent support, and carries all the parts and chemicals we need to keep our hot tub in great condition. Shaina has been great staying in contact with us since we ordered in February. Expected delivery was June. When is showed up at the beginning of May we weren't ready. A-Pro worked with us until we could get the electrical done(Appreciate the patience!). The delivery and install folks arrived on time and were extremely professional and friendly. The spa looks great, and I can't wait to hop in!
