Matt took care of our attic pests, sealed entry points and decontaminated attic. He was Friendly, informative and professional. This was the second company we had come out to handle it as the first did not complete the job properly. A Plus Animal Solutions did an amazing job and was reasonably priced. Highly recommend!

I reached out to A Plus because I saw that I had some bats living in my siding. The very next day they sent Evan out to assess the situation for me. He was very thorough and knowledgeable and he took the time to explain to me what services were needed and what services were unnecessary due to the size of my roost. 4 days later I was bat free, the area has been sealed up and they have not returned. I want to thank Evan and everyone at A Plus for their help and I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs pest control services.

A few weeks ago we heard noises in our attic and spotted a raccoon on our roof. The next day we called A Plus Animal Solutions from a business card that I had of theirs from years ago. The scheduler was able to get us in quickly for an estimate and explained the wildlife team member would reach out directly. Evan contacted us later that day to get more info and confirm his arrival time for our estimate. Evan notified us 30 minutes before his arrival and arrived exactly when he said he would. He went into our attic and found the very large raccoon, came down and explained the whole extraction process, what to expect, time frame, and if we had any questions. Throughout the whole process Evan was always courteous, knowledgeable, punctual, professional, and reassuring after each step. Evan was successfully able to get the adult raccoon removed from our attic and her 3 babies. After removal Evan did a great job sealing off the areas where she had gotten in and cleaning up/disinfecting the area where she had been in the attic. We would highly recommend A Plus Animal Solutions and would definitely use again!!!

Highly HIGHLY recommend. Knew a difficult job with both rats and squirrels in attic, but rats also infiltrated areas under/behind sink wall & dishwasher & a utility/patio room. Cringe-worthy enough before adding it’s my elderly mother’s house with her beloved dog & she was not going to let anyone appear to take over her house. I searched online reading reviews and sites. Talked to 3 different companies and 2 came onsite to estimate before I went to BBB website for ratings, any official complaints & more objective info. Saw A+ Animal Solutions. When Evan came to look at the house, it was the 1st time in months I felt stress could be relieved & knew we would hire him before even seeing his estimate, which was better than I’d had from others. His attitude is fantastic… he is enthusiastic and positive about the job, not constantly reminding you of what you already know is less than ideal. It’s a process. Critters take time. Yes, it would be quicker if mom was forced to leave or change all her habits, but l can’t say enough about how optimistic I was in Evan’s ability to help us through it. Evan always assured me he can work with it and continued to encourage me that there is an end in sight. I felt confident telling my mom that he wouldn’t do anything to endanger her dog, and he installed a temporary squirrel 1-way door to get them out of attic unharmed before trapping rats in attic area, which was also my mom’s concern. He explained what he would be doing each step of the way, including repair the outside of the eaves where critters were coming in, trapping inside the attic after squirrels went out their escape door, trapping in house areas and spraying anti-microbial disinfectant pheromone treatment (safe for pets) in affected areas at end. Evan was wonderful to work with. His knowledge of structural building and best practices for repairs on external part of home is excellent. His humor, appreciation of pets and respect for my mom and her home, won my mom over too. (He’s “Dog Approved” too!)

We contacted A Plus Animal Services in Palm Bay Fl. Evan did an exceptional job in removing raccoons from our attic. From the start, Evan told us exactly what he was doing and did it! After the raccoons were gone, he repaired and reinforced the soffits, removed all the raccoon feces, used a broad-spectrum disinfectant, and sanitized the attic. At all times, he was easy to contact. Thank you Evan for doing a great job!

Had raccoons in my attic I called for an estimate spoke with Chris he sent over Evan the next day and he was nothing but informative and very nice. He dealt with the issues and sealed up the hole and came by through out the week to make sure everything was going according to plan. I highly recommend this company 👌🏽 top notch service!

We had an issue with squirrels and then with rats both in the attic. Evan came to help and in the beginning he was stumped, it was a very different situation than normal but he promised he wouldn’t give up and he didn’t. He was very prompt, knowledgeable, and responsive! Will recommend this company to anyone having issues in the future!
