I have had a tank lease for several years. Unfortunately, the last two years, paying for it has been a nightmare. They have a horrible automated reception service for phone calls. I call collections in attempt to pay but all I can do is leave messages, asking for them to call me back. I have a busy life and I cannot take the time to call and talk to a robo-receptionist everyday trying to pay my bill. Eventually, I get another bill with 21% late charge. So I call again, and again and again. Finally, when the robo receptionist picks up, I just start hitting buttons till a human finally answers. She blames the robo-receptionist for not proving voice mails and says it is not a very good system and it has problems.... Well fix the problem.
