5 STAR COMPANY WITH 5 STAR EMPLOYEES I work for a premium RV rental company and I've dealt with so many towing companies during my time here-its not even funny. A lot of these companies aren't the nicest or have the best customer service. That is what sets ALV Towing apart from the rest of the towing companies that you may be considering! Let me tell you this company has not only made the process EASY and STRESS FREE - they have gone above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of! Working in this business, I imagine can be very stressful - however not once when speaking with Arika and Eric did I ever feel that I was a burden. They were always answering my calls and texts showing the utmost customer dedication. We first used them on a Sunday when one of my employees was stuck in a 30 footer RV right outside of Vegas. Everyone was either saying no or quoting us $3000 or more. I spoke with Eric and he took care of everything else! Charged us a reasonable price and had a great attitude. Never using anyone else! Thank you ALV Towing!!

Thank you so much Ronnie! Literal life saver!! I accidentally locked my keys in my car and was stressed about what to do. A.L.V. answered right away, and showed up even faster than expected. Ronnie was friendly, efficient, and got the car open without any damage. The price was great, and the whole experience was smooth from start to finish!! I hope I don’t lock my keys in again, but if I do, I’m definitely calling them.

Tonight my cat broken down in the middle of a busy intersection the drive grab my car drove over to a safeplace I was in the car he checked wires and had great customer service the driver was José I would recommend this company every time. Thank u for being so nice and helpful.

Matthew was great. Great service fast and friendly. Good advice on traversing this city. These guys blow the competition out of the water. Glad I got one step taken care of on this long journey ahead of me. Use these guys for all of your towing needs

Very decent tow company, the dispatch quoted a wait time 45 min average but my driver, Victor, called a few minutes later and gave an update and arrived about 10 minutes later. Would use them again!

My car battery died and they were very quick once I made the call. The driver Jerry got to me in 15 minutes and was very helpful. They made everything very easy and convenient. Highly recommend if you ever need a tow.

By11 pm they give me emergency towing from Mojave desert when my driver line, broke and flew away on freeway. Towing from agricultural border station cali / Nevada to Los Angeles at midnight. Thank you so much!!! Other way I has to take a sleep in desert.

Well beyond expectations. Got my first tracking text before we were even off the phone. These guys have their stuff together. Prompt, smart, and strong enough to get it done. My job was weird and it got done on time and on budget. Added to speed dial.
