A J Towing Service

I had an unintended mishap with my car. I was going to have it towed to Les Schwab but learned it wasn't the alignment but the suspension that needed to be fixed. I was unaware Les Schwab doesn't do suspension. So the truck driver offered to tow it for free since they would be working on it told me that it would be ready by the end of the day or the next morning. The gentleman named Ali was very communicative, and seemed up front and honest. He was very timely and as far as I'm concerned he was very kind. The work done on my car has allowed me to drive my car comfortably and is almost like new. As far as the price I am not very aware of what prices to fix vehicles are but I was in a pinch and AJ towing service was very helpful to me. Thank you.

Towing predators......they take advantage of people that are in a bad spot along the road. Then they decide that a $300 tip is appropriate to add on for being predators. They charged $15.15 per mile for flatbed service. They did refund the tip to my employees card once I told them that they are predators. Shameful.........absolutely shameful

Called AJ Towing when one of our work vehicles stalled out. They came out promptly within the hour, towed us back to our shop. Friendly, quick and professional service.

Called for a tow at 3:30 ,said they would arrive around 4:10 then get an update saying 5 pm ,then another update saying 6pm, then I got a call saying they were going come around 7 to 7:30. I said the garage would be closed at 6pm so it wasn’t going to work. The caller said they would still come at 7:30. I said no I’m not going to have my new truck setting outside the dealership all weekend in the Portland area. I finally called the dispatcher and told them I won’t be letting them take my truck and leaving it unattended outside the repair shop all weekend and wanted someone else to come get my truck and cancel this pickup. I would never recommend this company.

Great and fast service, they were able to pick up my car and tow it late in the evening. The dealership I was going to send my car was also closed so instead they offered to send it to their own mechanic for an inpsection, instead of having to tow it again I decided to take them up on their offer. Long story short, they were able to quickly get the parts I need and resolve the whole sitatuion without any problems!

We broke down with our business vehicle on our way to a wedding, and I called AJ Towing and they helped us out when we were in a really hard spot! I can't thank them enough for the AMAZING service. They made it to us in record time, and we still made it to the wedding on time to ensure we didn't ruin the bride and grooms wedding! This is what small business is all about, high quality service. I appreciate the quick service, but I'd forgotten to ask for a quote before pick up. Big mistake. 4 miles later, I am charged $260. I was told I should have asked. Agreed.. but also maybe offering a quote at the beginning would be honorable.

$320 for a one mile tow. Pretty sure it would have been cheaper with anybody else.

My car was broken in to and smashed, undrivable. Stupid criminals tried to steal my Kia. I called AJ and they were able to get the parts within a week. I took a bus to where I needed to go and when I came back from my trip, my car was fixed, all back together of the steering wheel console, wiper switch and broken passenger window. AJ Towing was least expensive for the tow and repairs! I was able to get my car back in a week as they needed to order the parts preform the fix.
