We had an absolutely amazing experience with our appliance repair technician Tony. He helped us out tremendously when our dryer stopped working out of nowhere. He arrived quickly, diagnosed the issue right away, and explained everything in a way we could understand. Not only was he professional and knowledgeable, but also incredibly kind and honest. You can tell he truly cares about his customers. If you need any appliance repairs, he is highly recommend.

⭐ 🚨BEWARE – SCAM ALERT 🚨 ⭐ I’m sharing this to help protect others from going through what I did with A&J Appliance. I called them to repair my washer. The technician said his card reader wasn’t working and that he could only take cash or check. I paid $200 cash for parts, and he even gave me a receipt — it all seemed legitimate. But he never came back to complete the repair and stopped responding. Afterward, I noticed a pattern in the reviews — every time someone posts a bad experience, a wave of new 5-star reviews suddenly appears. It feels like they’re trying to hide the truth behind fake reviews. I’ve filed a police report and contacted the Better Business Bureau. It’s only $200, but it’s the principle — this company appears to have been doing this for years. ⚠️ Be cautious: • Avoid paying in cash • Ask for verifiable credentials • Look beyond the star rating — read the actual reviews Hopefully this helps others avoid being scammed the way I was.

Absolutely Phenomenal Service & Honest Upfront Very Reasonable Pricing. Tony came to my home on a saturday to check on my refrigerator and see if we can get this things going again, he did a full diagnostic on the refrigerator, even made me recommendations for other parts of the refrigerators that were damaged which were ultimately contributing to the main problem I was having. For me it was a great experience dealing with Tony and his sons, they’re were here when they were supposed to to be and they’ve don’t nothing but been good to me, great family own business call them for all your appliance concerns. PS. I had the Samsung fridge with the big screen, biggest pain in the behind and Tony got everything in order for me, so my opinion they can deal with anything.

I highly recommend A&J Appliance Repair Service! They were on time. Very trustworthy and professional. Very nice men. Took Tony only about 15 -20 minutes to diagnose and fix my dryer and he only charged me for the service call. He took time to explain everything to me. He also gave me valuable information and instructions about my dryer. Vincent thoroughly cleaned my dryer vent from the wall behind my dryer straight to the roof. He went on my rooftop and removed a huge clump of debris blocking the airflow. The price for the vent cleaning was definitely fair in comparison to other quotes I received. I have already passed their information to family members and I will use their services in the future. Thank you Tony & Vincent your honesty and integrity are so greatly appreciated!

Vincent came out to fix a burner on a stove. The computer board was out and needed to be replaced. He received a large deposit, ordered the board and returned to install it. It was the wrong board. He ordered another board and it was again, the wrong one. He ordered a third board, the correct one this time, and it has been 3 weeks of excuse after excuse of why he can't come back to install the board. He'll promise to be coming, I wait for hours and he never shows up. A huge waste of time. I'll never use A&J again and would highly recommend using someone else. This is the first negative review I've ever written.

A couple weeks ago our dryer took a turn and stopped working. We contacted A&J and they came out to assess the issue the same day. Tony serviced the dryer, took it apart and cleaned out the fire hazard mess of lint and dirt - unfortunately it was a computer issue. Vincent came out the next day to clean our vent. Both gentlemen were quick and efficient and provided excellent service! We are very grateful to be able to find quality work from people who care about their clients.

Tony and Vincent were excellent came in. A timely manner gave me great advice was recommended by my neighbor in which they did a repair for. I will use them in the future and tell the rest of my neighbors have great they were.
