Amazing work replaced my window regulator in a timely manner and kept me updated throughout the process.

A rock ricocheted while using a weed wacker shattering my RAV4's rear window, on a Sunday, of course, with an early start on Monday. I contacted A&I and was impressed 1. He responded on a Sunday 2. A plan.
Early (!) Monday morning Alex arrives to remove the broken chards of glass & clean up the opening & then cover the opening with plastic; with the car make & model he had already ordered the replacement glass. I would return home in the late afternoon, Alex would then replace the glass, & all would be well. And it was. Great plan and I highly recommend Alex & A&I Auto Glass. Top shelf!
