I just had a very positive experience with ‘A Home Touch Cleaning Service’, and wanted to share. Before moving into my new home in Tampa I had some renovations done. Unfortunately, my contractor didn’t cover anything in the house while the work was being done. He left my beautiful, freshly-painted home a dusty mess. Everything was completely covered with construction dust. My move-in date is quickly approaching in two weeks. I’m relocating from New York, and was scrambling from long distance to find a cleaning service that offers post renovation / deep cleaning options. I feel very fortunate to have come upon A Home Touch in my Google search. After reading wonderful reviews, I decided to give them a call. Jason, the owner, put my mind at ease right away. He listened to my story, then rearranged his schedule, and came to my home the very next morning to do a walk through with me via FaceTime. I explained, in detail, exactly what I wanted. Within moments I knew that I had made the right call. Jason was polite, knowledgeable, and very reassuring. He answered all of my questions, made suggestions, and was not at all pushy. He sent me a detailed quote within an hour, and went out of his way to accommodate my tight schedule. He scheduled my cleaning appointment for a few days later. Yesterday, Mara, and a coworker, spent six hours at my home cleaning it from top to bottom. Jason kept me informed in real-time via text updates as the job progressed. I’m not there yet to see it, but a family member was present to see the end results in my absence. He gave the job a big thumbs up. I’m confident that I will too!
