TLDR: Good price, better service, fantastic person. Very helpful and pleasant person. He stopped on the spot when he saw me on the highway and offered assistance. He tried troubleshooting issues to see if I could have avoided a tow. He ended up towing my motorcycle and giving me a very fair rate.

Alex was really easy to work with. He was really responsive to kind of an unusual situation and quite confident in working in a tight situation to make this old girl come to her next home.

Excellent towing company, easy 5 stars. Alex has been very prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and easy to communicate with. He solved problems independently and did not need to be supervised or walked through every detail. I left my car with the keys in the gas cap, and he handled everything smoothly, then sent me the bill afterward. The pricing is straightforward and communicated up front, with no shady last-minute surprises. Alex also treated my 1978 Corvette with care, and it arrived without any damage. I would absolutely use A&H again and highly recommend them.

Best tow truck experience ever!! Alex arrived exactly when he said he would, jumped my car, followed me to AutoZone, helped pick out a new battery, and installed it! I could not believe how kind and helpful he was. The employee at AutoZone was so impressed, he asked Alex for a stack of cards. He said it was unusual to see someone be this helpful. The price was reasonable, and I tipped extra since he was so great! I’ve saved the company's information in my phone for the next time I or a friend needs help. I wouldn’t call anyone else!!

We were broken down on the side of the road and I called multiple tow truck companies. No one was available, or they wouldn’t answer my calls. A&H answered and came to get my car within the hour, then brought it directly to my house. He was kind, quick, helpful, honest and fair. 10/10 highly recommend!

Alex was professional, prompt, and took very good care of my vehicle. Kept me updated and sent pictures of the car after it was dropped off. Price was very reasonable, and will definitely use him again if I ever need it!!

I got stuck ten miles from home on Sunday when my cars transmission shifter cable brushing stopped working. There was a recall on the part and I wasn’t aware, and suddenly I couldn’t shift gears or drive the car. I called another towing company first, and they quoted me $270 because the car couldn’t shift into neutral. They also said the wait would be about two hours. So, I called A&H Towing instead. Alex, the business owner, showed up in under thirty minutes. I have been told “thirty minutes” by roadside assistance many times, and it’s never actually 30 minutes. Alex actually got there in that time frame. He also sent ETA updates so I knew what was going on and I appreciated the clear and friendly communication. And he helped me troubleshoot how to share my iPhone location so he could find me easily in the large parking lot. Alex could have charged me a hundred plus more dollars by saying the car couldn’t shift into neutral and had to be towed as a recovery. Instead, he popped the hood and coached me on how to shift the car into neutral manually. This saved both time and money, and shows clear integrity. Alex’s tow truck is clean and comfortable, and he was both professional and personable. His rate was also very fair. The next day, I had to get my car towed to the Ford dealership for the repair. The towing service they recommended said it would take four to five hours to get a tow from my house to the dealership five miles away. Ford told me that if my car got there after 1:45, the shop couldn’t fix the cable brushing the same day. Alex from A&H Towing got it there in under an hour, and my car was able to be fixed and picked up same day. It saved me from having to Uber or walk to work at 6 am with a lot of heavy supplies I take with me. Alex also gave me advice on dealing with Ford, recalls, and how to get towing comped. Alex is a lifesaver and made me feel comfortable, taken care of, and respected as a customer. I also could tell he knew what he was doing and the tow went perfectly smoothly. I hope I don’t need roadside assistance anytime soon, but if I do, I have Alex from A&H Towing and Recovery in my iPhone contacts for good. Finding honest, good-hearted people who are competent makes all of the difference, and what started off as a nightmare being stranded away from home and thinking I’d be stuck in a parking lot for hours and hours ended up being a fast, painless experience and time spent with a genuinely kind, pleasant, and competent businessman. Thank you so much, Alex! You went above and beyond and saved me both time and money.

Alex is fantastic. Affordable towing. Quick and prompt pickup when I was broken down. He has towed my car twice in the past week and both times went the extra mile to provide insight on what might be wrong. On the second tow he offered additional help and use of his equipment and skills to help diagnose my issue. He went well beyond just towing my car. Highly recommend!
