Very impressed with our recent experience with AG O’Brien Plumbing. We kind of had an emergency with setting up a new thermostat and I called several places and Will from AG OBrien was very helpful and understood the urgency of my call. So he said he would be able to do and he was able to get a repair ma out to me within a few hours instead of a week or a few days like some other businesses quoted me. The repair man was super professional and helpful. We really appreciated their time! Thank you!

A G O'brien replaced my hot water tank today. My service techs name was Garrett. He did an amazing job. Very polite, friendly and explained everything he had to do. He took the time to make the plumbing and heater vents looking alot better than they were prior to him coming. Great craftsmanship and i would highly recommend this company to all. They have also fixed my furnace several times in the past and the HVAC tech was just as professional as Garrett. A++ Work gentleman. I appreciate it.

Superior service. "no pun intended" Break down at 10AM. Brad had a New furnace in before 5pm. No over time charges or foolishness that other companies try to do. Fair price. This company continues to serve me as a property management over 10 years now.

Rejean was very professional with communicating prices and install date, also very punctual. Brian & Jameson did an awesome job with the install and cleaned up when they were done. I am very happy with the whole process.

I recently installed a new high-efficiency combi boiler myself, but ran into some technical hurdles with the thermostat wiring and system integration. I called A.G. O’Brien, and they sent Daryl. He was phenomenal. Instead of just ‘fixing’ it, he took the time to explain the logic of the TT terminals versus the standard R/W connections and helped me understand the maintenance requirements for the new unit. His expertise and professional attitude made a stressful DIY moment much easier. If you’re looking for a plumber who actually knows the 'why' behind the work, ask for Daryl.

AG O'Brien was very responsive and helpful under a stressful circumstance. I was desperate to find a contractor to fix a furnace issue on an extremely cold day. I'd never worked with them before, yet they made me feel like I was a top priority with their quick response and successful solve. Thank you!!

Everyone we spoke with at AG O’Brien was helpful, competent and friendly. Communication was excellent. We received texts to update us on our appointments to repair our furnace and the technician arrived timely. Jason, our technician was knowledgeable and skillful, keeping us informed of what he was doing and why. A part needed to be ordered and Jason was able to return with it and install it several days later (after the weekend). Would not hesitate to use them again for HVAC issues. Haven’t received the final bill yet, so cannot comment on pricing.

The company responded very quickly to my heating emergency, clearly and respectfully discussed my options, and quickly scheduled a repair person. Jeremy provided skilled service with a great attitude. I could not have asked for a better experience.

Very pleased with the service and service guy Rian. He installed a bathroom fan including all the venting along with two new shut off valves for my outdoor spikets. He stayed on task, was very nice and knowledgeable and did a great job. Would highly recommend AG O’Brien

** Update - after posting the below review I was contacted by the company and it was determined I was likely charged for too much driving time. They also took time to ask about my negative experience. I am happy with the follow up. ** $290 for about 15 minutes of work snaking a drain that the technician didn't think would help. I insisted and it did solve a backup issue. This was after the technician called me 3 hours before the appointment and asked if he could "come now" because he finished a job, I said sure, and 1.5 hours later he arrived. I'm new to the area and would definitely try a different outfit next time. The person who answered my initial call was very friendly and helpful. That was the high point.
