Everyone we spoke with at AG O’Brien was helpful, competent and friendly. Communication was excellent. We received texts to update us on our appointments to repair our furnace and the technician arrived timely. Jason, our technician was knowledgeable and skillful, keeping us informed of what he was doing and why. A part needed to be ordered and Jason was able to return with it and install it several days later (after the weekend). Would not hesitate to use them again for HVAC issues. Haven’t received the final bill yet, so cannot comment on pricing.

My sewer was backing up and flooding the basement. I called a.g. obrien and they sent someone out quickly. The tech Garrett was very nice and professional and had everything cleared and working properly in a few hours. Will definitely call them again for future service.
