Zay was amazing. I called him at 7am for a same day pickup by 9am. He was quick, personable, professional, and affordable. I will only use this company whenever I need a tow. Would definitely recommend to anyone who needs an emergency tow.

Wow and Wow again! After attempting to jumpstart an extra large passenger van that was idle for over a year without success, I called for tow service. Zay could have towed the van for double the fee, but he offered to jump start the van so I could drive it to the mechanic. This guy is WONDERFUL!! We live in Hyde Park, and found our car battery dead on the Fourth of July. THEN we found out that our insurance no longer sends people for roadside assistance, they only reimburse. So I went online and looked for someone nearby who might come out on a holiday. When I called A Emerald, it went into voicemail, so I figured they were off. But then HE CALLED ME BACK! Who does that these days? He came right out, kept me posted when he was delayed in traffic, and still got to us in 30 mins., jumped our car, and we were on our way. SO GRATEFUL!!

He is a LIFESAVER!!! He definitely came through in a clutch. He pulled me out of wet cement and sprayed the cement off my wheels! It was also very affordable! I recommend his services if you need a tow!

I called and my phone call was returned in a reasonable amount of time. I talked with Xavier and told him what the problem was. He got to my location before the time he gave me. He fixed my problem (lugs were extremely tight and put the spare on). He recognized the sense of urgency in my voice and I appreciate that. It was getting late.
