Customer found himself in very bad situation in the Bronzeville neighborhood of Chicago, called A Emerald Towing and Service to be rescued. We arrived and the situation was a little worse than the description over the phone but, we managed to get him loaded and to the mechanic shop in Bridgeport. Customer was satisfied with the service.
