I couldn't have asked for a better experience. They love what they do, and it shows. Al made me a priority for a same day water heater repair. He's honest and friendly, and had the water heater back up and running very quickly. I will be recommending them to family and friends!

Al was courteous, speedy, and explained everything thoroughly when replacing the piping for my sink. Charged a fair price, and was in-and-out in half an hour. Came out the next day after calling him, and followed up when the previous job took longer than expected. Would definitely recommend him in the future!

Dropped Everything to Help Us — Truly Reliable and caring person. My mom was just discharged home from a rehab facility, and when I arrived from out of state to bring her home, her water heater had completely failed. I reached out to Albert late in the evening, expecting to be scheduled sometime in the next few days. Instead, he showed up within two hours. He remembered my mom from a previous visit and was genuinely relieved to see her doing better. He walked me through everything, gave a fair price, and got her hot water situation resolved quickly and professionally. What really stood out to me is how much he values treating customers with respect — and he gives that same respect right back. It’s rare these days to find a contractor who cares about the people as much as the job, but Albert clearly does. If you need someone dependable, honest, and willing to help in urgent situations, he has absolutely earned my trust. Highly recommend.

Our hot water heater went out on New Year's Eve and Al was able to come check it out within a couple hours and completely replace it the next day. Throughout the whole process, Al was extremely helpful, professional, and made sure that we understood every step of the way. I would absolutely recommend Al to anyone that has any plumbing issues whatsoever and he will certainly be my first call if I ever have any more problems.

We had an Emergency Hot Water tank that needed replaced. Al Davinroy and his men were able to install anew one the next day. while they were there I had them repair many problems we were having.

Al was awesome! He made time at the end of a long day for my same day call. He had a tough task to work with, did a fantastic job, and was a great price. He was knowledgable and walked me through everything he was doing. Plumbing is something you call a professional for instead of googling answers. I would call him for any plumbing need!

I don’t even know where to begin. I had called about 11 other companies roughly 9:30 at night, and they all told me they couldn’t help without charging roughly a minimum $250-$300 fee just to come out. Then I come across Al’s page so I give him a call and explain that I just need to buy one part. So I explain what it is and he tells me “well I don’t know if I carry any of those but since you’re in an emergency how about I go look at my shop.” Not even 20 minutes later he calls me to make sure I have all the proper equipment to make the repair and assures that I know all the appropriate steps. He then meets me just so I can purchase one part at 11’oclock that night. Al proved to me that night that there is good somewhere in the world even through all the evil we see it still exists through people like him. If you ever need a repair option this would definitely be my go to the in depth knowledge and hearts of gold supporting this small business are one of a kind

Al did an awesome job replacing 4 leaky valves in a really tough spot. He arrived on time and stayed late to put in the extra work. He was a pleasure to work with and was honest about everything that needed to be done. I will definitely be calling again with my future plumbing projects!!

Had Mr. Albert come out and replace my float, flap and install a new quarter turn valve. He was done fast and correctly installed everything. $330 was the cost, very reasonably priced. Will recommend his company to others!

Al was terrific at communication, follow through, doing what he said he would do, handling a difficult repair with professionalism and without complaint, and was still much cheaper than the "big name" plumbing company.
