A&D Towing & Roadside Assistance truly came to the rescue when I was in need. I spoke with Mike Thad, the driver who came to pick up both me and my car, and he went above and beyond. Mike worked with me and even took the extra step to see if he could fix the issue on the spot. The experience was definitely a 10/10. I had a great experience with this towing service tonight. They came out quickly on very short notice, even in rainy conditions, which I really appreciated. The pricing was fair and not overpriced, which is rare these days. Mike, the driver, was awesome — professional, friendly, and made a stressful situation much easier to deal with. He handled everything efficiently and with care. He let me ride along with him to the tire shop that he reached out to on my behalf to locate a tire that matched my size. Mike came to help change my flat, and didn’t have to wait long at all for service. Less than 20 minutes wait time. Had all the tools needed to change a tire. Hit him asap if it’s emergency needed for tire repair.

Great Experience for a first timer. I had a starter problem and I needed a tow. They told me 30 minutes and Bebo the driver got there in exactly 30 minutes. A couple of hours later they took my car straight to the Mechanic. I told them I needed it for work the next day before 12 and the car was ready by 11am. In less than 12 hours everything was done. If you have any car issues don’t look any further
