Absolutely amazing service.
I got a flat tire on the highway around 2 AM in freezing cold weather and was honestly very stressed.
A&D Towing & Roadside Assistance arrived in about 15 minutes, and Uri had my spare tire installed in under 5 minutes. Super professional, calm, and efficient.
The price was very fair and exactly as quoted — no surprise charges.
If you ever need roadside assistance late at night in NYC, I highly recommend this company. Fast, honest, and reliable.
Special thanks to Uri for the fast and professional help. I’ll definitely recommend them to my friends and family. Thank you again!

A&D Towing & Roadside Assistance truly came to the rescue when I was in need. I spoke with Mike Thad, the driver who came to pick up both me and my car, and he went above and beyond. Mike worked with me and even took the extra step to see if he could fix the issue on the spot.
The experience was definitely a 10/10. You can tell this is a company that genuinely cares about helping people, not just charging outrageous prices. I will absolutely be contacting them again and recommending them to everyone I know.
