A&D

Since moving into our home a year ago, we’ve poured almost $140,000 into repairs. We bought a flipped house—huge mistake—and it’s been one issue after another ever since. I went back and counted my receipts: we’ve worked with 27 different contractors. Twenty-seven! And out of all of them, A&D is hands-down the best. We had storm damage that caused water to seep into the house. A&D stepped in and handled everything: they removed our windows and floors (new windows installed by another company, Window World), dried out and boarded up the area, replaced drywall, retextured the ceiling, and repainted the interior. I watched one of their guys, Floyd, walk around with a flashlight inspecting every inch of the ceiling after painting. Kyle (the boss) and Eric (his crew chief - the guy in the field) worked closely with me to make sure every single detail was right. And Tricia, their office manager, is a total gem. She’s hilarious, warm, and made the whole process easier. I genuinely love this company. After everything we’ve been through with this house, A&D is the one team I continue to trust again and again. And their work is very reasonably priced: they don’t scam you like some of the other local emergency repair companies that I’ve worked with. A&D HydraClean is THE BEST! This was our first time needing asap inspection, solutions, emergency water extraction, and detailed restoration & reconstruction. All of their teams “hit the beach” at our house like Normandy invasion! They had all the latest detection equipment, solid experience team leaders and experts, and made immediate calls to additional experts (e.g. plumbers, et al) who landed at our house within the hour! They stayed focused, considerate and totally professional throught the entire processed, answered all of our concerns and questions and literally got us back to prior as-is (or better) in a super-timely and fairly priced fashion. And their pictures, data, drawings and specs of the cause, condition, repair and restoration of the job was very detailed, precise and totally as-needed for our and then insurance company needs to the Nth degree. All we can say is “Wow! So very very glad we found A&D on the unfortunate event at our home.” We have A&D and their leaders Eric M, Kyle O, and Ben S - and others - on our speed-dial list now! 5+ stars and thank you again A&D.
