Offer excludes: roofing repairs & leak repairs, replacement of damaged shingles, replacement of flashing or repairs; all of these services are available for an additional fee. Offer does not guarantee roof maintenance will resolve any existing issues or prevent future leaks or issues
Service provider will not go higher than 2 stories.
Roof pitch fraction cannot be greater than a 7/12 pitch (Flat roofing is excluded). For asphalt shingle roofs only. Service is weather permitting. Limit 1 per household
