We had a good experience with A&D demolition in North Vancouver, they demolished around 30 houses for us, Hazmat/Vermiculite has been dumped perfectly, reasonable quote, good staff and liable manager, highly recommended. we will work with them again.

Had a great experience with Shahram + his team for asbestos removal as well as an old chimney which spanned across 3 floors an attic and a rooftop! The sink was removed promptly and when ready for the chimney removal, the crew showed up on time, wrapped/ protected certain areas, and they finished the job quicker than originally anticipated. Everything was very well coordinated with the garbage bin being removed immediately the next day and Shahram and his team made sure they left the job site cleaned. Highly recommend their services.
