Very knowledgeable and responsive. Was able to get my machines back up and running without gouging me on the price. Communicated with me on parts and repair times, making scheduling service much easier!

Great experience with this company. Called to set up an appointment, my availability was accommodated. The day of, Kevin even called to confirm the time and to let me know he was on his way. Awesome! Problem with washer was diagnosed and I got on with my day. Honest/trustworthy/detail oriented repairmen. 100% would recomend to anyone looking for washer/dryer repair

Great service!!! I was able to make an appointment for the next day, the repairman came on time, & he was able to fix our washing machine very quickly. He was very professional, courteous, & able to make the necessary repairs for under $100. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing washing machine or dryer repairs. He even gave us tips on how we could prevent further damage to our washer & dryer which will save us money in the long run. Great professional business!!!

I Called last evening and scheduled an appointment with Kevin. I spoke with him twice. Someone was supposed To be there between 11 and 1. My tenant called me at 2:45 and told me that no one showed up. I tried calling him, left a message. Waited an hour and called again and left another message. I never received a return call or explanation as to why they did not show up,

Easy to schedual an appointment for my dryer. Was given a half hour window for service call, but like others have noted, he did not show up, nor call with another time. Poor customer service. I did not bother calling back due to other feedback and have appointment with another company tomorrow.

I called Kevin. Left him a message. He called back. We set up an appointment for the next day around noon. I waited. No one shows. I call and leave a message. I get a text message from Kevin several hours saying he’s in the hospital. I don’t believe him bc now that I’m reading the reviews on this place I see he does these kind of things a lot. I will be calling another company today. I would recommend that anyone else do the same. Don’t waste your time with this place. Kevin doesn’t show up 90% of the time and will definitely tell you a lie about not showing up or he jus won’t show up. Smh. I’m disappointed!!

His voicemail said he would call back in 15-20 minutes and he never did after I called and left a message with all pertinent information. I called back two more times and left another message - no response at all. Very disappointing; I wanted to support a fellow veteran.

Horrible service! Kevin Bean came by told us the part needed to be ordered. I never heard back from him again. EVER! We are going on two weeks and 3 voicemails! Worst service in a long time.
