He was on hand quickly and he went out of his way to efficiently dry the carpet and ensure everything was back to normal quickly. Frank and Josh are amazing! We woke to "Poo-aggeddon" in our living room courtesy of a large dog with an upset tummy and it was all spotless by midday. Our carpet looks fantastic and there is no trace at all of the disaster. Frank was super responsive, rearranging his schedule to fit us in at short notice, was not fazed at all about the state of the room and did an awesome job. We can't thank Frank enough and highly recommend him and his team.

We have had Frank come to clean lounge upholstery and carpets a number of times and he is always super professional, friendly and does a fantastic job, even with our light coloured carpets! Recently after an unfortunate puppy accident on the lounge, Frank was quick to respond and was able to fit us in to clean it quickly, despite his busy day which we are very grateful for. Great value for money, and leaves the carpets and upholstery feeling so fresh.

I wish I could give Frank 6 stars!!! He was given a very tough job with carpet that had not been cleaned for a very long time (multiple stains, grime and dirt ground in). Frank is realistic about what can be removed from such dirty carpet and informed us of the difficulties. However, he went "above and beyond" and the carpet looked fantastic when Frank finished. I should also add that he is reliable - which is a rare trait these days! Would absolutely recommend!!
