We recently had ACT Carpet and Floors clean our carpets. Frank turned up on time, was so friendly, and did a very thorough job. The carpets came up so clean and fresh and dried quickly. Their prices were very competitive and the we loved added bonus of a bottle of spot/stain treater to get us through to our next clean. I would definitely recommend ACT Carpet and Floors to anyone and will certainly be using their services again.

Frank and his team went above and beyond! And they produced an amazing result too. I phoned after a spill of Indian soup onto a fairly new carpet. Frank discussed it with me over the phone and rearranged his day to come out and treat it for me. I really appreciated his upfront and honest assessment of the chances of the spill not staining. Frank was clear and up-front in communication, came when he said he would, and clearly highly professional and very experienced. I really appreciated Frank even coming back to apply some kind of after stain remover… the result is perfect – actually quite a bit better than I was warned it might turn out. For all of this, the charge was entirely within the standard charges for steam cleaning in Canberra these days – so great value for money! I would most highly recommend Frank and his team.

I requested carpet cleaning and stain removal for a rental property in preparation for sale. Frank inspected the property on his own and advised that a full carpet clean was not needed and completed some spot stain removal instead. I live interstate so spoke to Frank afterwards. He provided honest advice about the value and expected outcomes of cleaning and left it up to me to decide. I spoke to the sales agent afterwards who agreed with Frank's assessment. I really appreciated Frank's honesty and integrity throughout the process, especially given that I live interstate and was not there to inspect the property myself.
