★★★★★My rear differential blew out (out of nowhere) on Glenwood and Castor due to lack of oil and A Bob's took care of me. It took a long time for the operator to get to me because they are very busy. I was annoyed about the delay at first but that went away when the driver arrived. He was professional, swift, knowledgable, and appeared to be an overall great guy. Moreover, the call center was very responsive and professional. I am definitely using this service again if I need a tow (hopefully I will not ever need another tow). I have no complaints. Thanks!!
