⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐After speaking to Mikina this afternoon, I was assured that my issue with last night's driver would be dealt with. She was very professional and courteous about the entire situation and apologized immensely for their employee's behavior. I'm highly satisfied with the outcome so I agreed to amend my previous review. The manner in which Mikina handled my complaint has led me to consider using A Bob's Towing again in the future.
