We have been working with david since 2004. As a real estate broker I would not be responsible for surveys but when i saw an issue in the process I would call David to get it done. He is an industry standard for good value, quality and timing.

Horrible service, rude and ignorant customer service. When I emailed inquiring about having a survey done, the owner was very responsive, and didn’t waste anytime getting a quote to me. He even called to ask if I wanted it done as if he needed an answer immediately. Once I confirmed, he said he would notify me a day before they send the surveyor out. I emailed a week later asking for an update and never got a response. When I called the office, a representative answered and very rudely replied “you just ordered it, it takes time”. Nonetheless, she said someone would be out the following week. Of course I had to call to follow up again. They said they’d send someone out Thursday. Never came. I get a call on Friday, while I’m at work, saying the surveyor needs a access to the backyard. Very absurd and unprofessional. Don’t waste your time!

Great job, prices and the time frames are just the best in the city. Highly recommended. I will definitely use this company again.
