SCAM ARTIST. Do not use. He will not tell you prices, will not negotiate any pay even if you try to pay him a fair verified amount and will lie to the police and say “theft by services”. He will not do actual work on a lock, and does not know what he is doing. From my experience, he is a fraud and a scam and the way he lied after I had to call the police tells me he is used to ripping people off. Save yourself a coin and time wasted..2hrs to be exact…and choose a different provider.

If you dont use this company then you are crazy! I literally called this morning for a broken key fob and within an hour he was there and has my issue fully resolved and the price was amazing. Definitely 5 stars

I can right a book about this company. Real review. Let’s just saw I called 3 companies before this guy. I left my keys somewhere else and couldn’t get into my apartment. Well A-American Locksmith was there less than 5 minutes (no lie). He arrived, but he couldn’t get in because of the smart lock that was on it. What was suppose to be 30-45 minutes took 2 hours almost. He got me in and never changed his price. Of course I’m a woman of integrity, I paid more. Thank you again sir, for being a true and caring business. At this point, it wasn’t about money but about helping a stranded lady.

If I could I wouldn't give them any stars as a review. I called them to service my business and I am sorry I even picked up the phone. The beginning of the process was fine and professional then it all turned into a nightmare. The technician called me back and could barely speak audibly. When I asked for a price he gave me a price that I wasn't willing to pay so, I told him thank you and if I was interested I would call them back. I called a different locksmith whom I chose to hire. While in this process I had three other people all consecutive calls from American harassing me to try and discredit the other company and get our business. I told them I would file harassment charges if they called me again. Whatever you do, don't call these people as they are unprofessional and a bit frightening.

Called company to request a quote. Explained several times to the locksmith and receptionist what we needed done, and was given a price quote. Once the job was complete, the locksmith requested payment much higher than the original quote. He stated there was an additional fee for something I had already explained we needed when receiving the original quote. Very unprofessional and will not be using this company again.

NEVER use this business, if you even want to call it that. It is just a man that uses this as a side hustle with no real operating hours. I called him at 10 am and he said he couldn't come until 4pm. He did not come until 7. When he finally showed up he made the wrong key and came back the next day. LATE AGAIN. Then proceeded to make the wrong key, again. On the third day I had to drive 40 minutes out of my way to his job to get the key I had already previously paid for. When I asked for a partial refund and said the service was unprofessional he got angry and threatened to leave me (and my baby) stranded at his job. Of course when he started yelling I yelled back. He took the keys I did have and said he was going to call security to have me and my baby escorted (without my car) off the property. Once again I'll reiterate, DO NOT USE THIS MAN VERY HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!

My Daughter, granddaughter and I decided to take out the trash. Somehow the door magically locked behind us and we were unable to get inside our house. Tragic I know. A neighbor called this company and Landers came to our rescue. His timing was fairly quick. He was super informative, professional and efficient. His price was fair for an after hours call on a holiday. Call him. You wont regret it.

Amazing service.. The guy came in less than 5 min!!! Unlocked it as easily as popping in a piece of gum. Professional, fast, and inexpensive, everything a person can ask for! 10 stars!!! How can we make that happen!?!?! Great job!!!
